Job Description

Park City based, bi-coastal executive is in need of a Part-Time Executive Assistant, 25 hours per week.

  • Based in one-person office.
  • Ideal candidate would be located in Summit and Wasatch County.
  • Located within 5 minutes of Kimball Junction. 
  • The executive works in Media, Healthcare and Private Equity as well as charities.
  • Casual work atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of travel and calendar coordination is a top priority.
  • Ability to work independently, a self-starter, dependable.
  • Must be able to juggle many balls at once.
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Executive travels 40% of the time, which would allow you to work from home many days, once proficient in the job requirements and the transfer of the office phones to your location.
  • Compensation is based on experience.

Looking for someone to start mid November

Lee Equity Part Time Contract High school education or GED required. Some experience required.
