The Lake County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board is seeking candidates for a full-time Behavioral Health Project Manager position to help identify new program and funding opportunities. Our new team member will work with the Executive Director and management team to: research and assess regional, state and federal grant opportunities; identify measurable goals and objectives for program development; work collaboratively with system partners, and gather clinical and fiscal information to develop grant proposals; generate proposals and supporting documents and facilitate grant submissions; provide ongoing tracking and reporting; and assist in the development of board-driven initiatives and track outcomes. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and experience in behavioral health and project management; be highly organized and detail-oriented; and be able to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.  Strong writing and communication skills are a must, as is a positive, proactive, and self-driven disposition.
