We are looking for an office coordinator to join our team. Duties include invoicing, answering incoming calls, receiving payments and applying them to accounts. Pay will be discussed at time or interview.

The primary Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

Processing Title Work
Online Advertisement
Taking pictures of vehicles for advertisement
Preparing Vehicle Jackets
Input Vehicle Purchases
Vehicle data entry
Entering and processing online credit applications
General Computer Skills
Answering incoming calls

Primary Requirements include:
General computer skills / typing
Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently
Strong organizational skills
Good customer service skills
Problem resolution skills in troubleshooting title discrepancies, requesting necessary/missing paperwork, etc
Excellent Attendance and punctuality
