Personal Assistant/Office Administrator/Transaction Coordinator

A Personal Assistant; responsible for assisting me in my high paced real estate business: overseeing all aspects of a transaction from contract-to-close; my personal marketing and accounting. Advanced computer, organizational and phone skills are required. Needs to know Microsoft Office Programs. Will work out of my home office in Eagle-Vail. Ideal candidate loves working with people and has excellent organizational, communication and computer skills. Must have reliable car and be willing to drive. Does not need a Real Estate License. Start right away. Full time position: Monday-Friday, 9-5. Compensation and benefits dependent on experience.
