Kansas Supreme Court is seeking a Information Resource Specialist in our Office of Judicial Administration.
Serves as the first point of contact for all district court personnel on case management related issues. Duties includes but are not limited to: analyzing and assisting all users with both technical and business operations of the system, maintaining written technical and end-user manuals, providing online and in-person training as needed, testing various system actions on test servers and assisting with the delivery and implementation of test plans for new product releases and updates.
Required Education and Experience: Graduation from high school, including or supplemented by courses or experience with computers. Experience working in an office of a clerk of the Kansas Appellate, District, or Municipal court is preferred. Excellent computer, organizational and communication skills are desired as is experience with graphics, powerpoint production and webinar.
