IT/Help Desk Technician
The Help Desk Technician improves the level of service to end users and the IT team by establishing a central point that users can contact to report issues or address questions. They will troubleshoot network issues, as well as end-user hardware and software issues.
- Provides support for trouble- shooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Performs Help Desk tasks and assists employees with any IT related issue.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
BS/BA in IT or Computer Science with at least two years of experience in the IT field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
