ASSISTANT COUNTY ENGINEER

JACKSON COUNTY IS SEEKING APPLICANTS TO FILL AN
UPCOMING VACANCY
ASSISTANT COUNTY ENGINEER
This is a full-time position offering a salary
range of $75,000 - $105,000 based on
qualifications and experience

This position involves assisting the County Engineer in
performing professional engineering duties including
surveying, planning, design, maintenance, and
construction inspection of secondary road projects.
Among other requirements, successful candidates must
have a four-year degree in Civil Engineering , possess
knowledge and/or experience in the planning, designing
and execution of road, bridge and drainage maintenance
and construction projects and a valid State of Iowa Driver’s
License. Licensed as a professional engineer (PE) in Civil
Engineering in Iowa is desired.
