Senior Foreman

Senior Foreman sought by Interior Contractors Inc, LLC. Responsible for driving production, leading other Foreman, running all aspects of work, & must work in close partnerships with Superintendent & Project Manager. Must have or be willing to complete the following safety certifications within the first 120 days of employment: OSHA 30, Hilti Tool, Boom/Hydraulic Lift User, & CPR Training. ICI, LLC will provide & pay for this training during work hours. Must make safety a priority in all aspects of job & understand all OSHA regs. Be able to lead & develop 5-50 skilled workers, train & develop other Foreman, read construction documents, have strong communication skills, QA/QC work, hold team accountable. Proven leader of various sized projects $50K-$10million. 5 years experience in Drywall & Steel Framing required. 2 or more years. Foreman experience required. Must have required certificates & valid driver's license.
