headquarters located in Arlington, TX. We arelooking for a skilled Quality Control Representative with
experiencein maintaining ISO or AS9100 quality management systems to join our team.

Candidates with less than 2 years experience in Quality Control with an ISO orAS9100 quality management
system in will not be considered!
Responsibilities and Duties (include but not limited to):
• Liaison to thecustomer, production, purchasing and sales teams regarding qualityissues
• Maintain ISO 9001 & AS9100 quality management system and certification
• Perform AS9102 FAI inspections as well as uploading and monitoring all documentation through
customer approval process
• Dimensionallyinspect products at various stages in production process
• Review customer orders for quality notes to ensure proper qualityrequirements are flowed down from
thecustomer order
• Completeinspection reports and Certificate of Conformances documents forcustomer outgoing
• Responsiblefor special labeling or packaging requirements that may berequired bycustomer
• Recommend modification ofexisting quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within
limits ofequipmentcapability
• Evaluate data, writereports, work instructions or procedures to validate or indicate deviations from
existing standards
• Train othercompanyemployees as required to perform QC tasks and adhereto quality management
procedures and work instructions
Qualifications andSkills:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Control with ISO orAS9100 Quality ManagementSystem
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Experience with ISO Quality Systems
• Abilityto effectively present information to customers,clients and otheremployees
• Abilityto problem solvein a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail and abilityto self-check work
• Excellent time management skills while maintaining flexibilityto dailyschedulechanges
• Task oriented, with excellent organizational skills including abilityto prioritize workload
• Enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated team player - willing to cross-train
• Professional demeanor with abilityto adapt to new orchanging circumstances
