Incarnation Center has an immediate opening for the following position Assistant Conference Director. The Assistant Conference Director will report to the Conference Director and the Executive Chef. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Conference Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor during stressful and / or busy times, following the strict dress code used at work, having the ability to recognize and resolve problems in an appropriate manner and being a dynamic member of the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Workdays are typically over the weekends but they are subject to change.

Qualifications: 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry Being able to lift / carry minimum 40 pounds Cooking experience / Driver's license Notes: Candidates will be required to present a favorable background check. Candidates will be subject to randomized drug tests. Working hours are sectioned by meals, and candidates will be required to punch in and out every shift (7:00-10:00, 11:30-14:00 and 17:00-20:00)
