ON SITE MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

IMAGINEERS, LLC has an immediate opening for an On-site Assistant Maintenance Superintendent. Imagineers is a highly regarded property management company with offices located in Hartford and Seymour. We are seeking applicants for an On-Site Assistant Maintenance Superintendent for a condominium association in Branford. The Site Superintendent is responsible for the safe and effective planning, direction, supervision, performance and evaluation of all day-to-day aspects of maintenance and facilities operations of the association. Duties will include manual efforts in the care and upkeep of 164 residential units (26 buildings), public facilities such as a clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts. This is a non-exempt position with occasional after-hours responsibilities for emergencies.
