Finance DirectorHospice of Spokane
We are seeking a seasoned financial leader who shares our commitment to excellence and mission-driven focus. The Finance Director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to Hospice of Spokane's financial operations ensuring our strategic business and financial objectives are attained. The Finance Director develops and deploys strategies to enhance revenue growth and cost containment and establishes an environment of strong internal controls. Directs all financial functions of the organization including financial and patient accounting, statistical reporting, reimbursement, and budgeting processes.
Essential Qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline. Proven financial management experience in a healthcare or hospice organization. Advanced computer skills in networking, spreadsheets and database programs Microsoft. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management, negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
