Administrative Assistant HMA CPA, PS, a locally owned tax accounting firm in Spokane, is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. Duties of this position include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing supply ordering, filing both physical and electronic file cabinets, copying and assembling tax returns and bound financial statements, processing invoices, preparing remote capture deposits, handling basic bookkeeping tasks and coordinating office lunches and other special events.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs is required as is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have at least one year of related experience and /or education. This position offers full-time hours (with the exception of Fridays off during the summer), competitive wage, and benefits including medical, dental and SIMPLE IRA matching.
