Branch Manager, Denver, CO Confers with employers to evaluate needs and promote improved and expanded services in area. Oversee issuance of safety equipment, accident prevention and investigation. Risk and accident management by filing timely reports when necessary and "actively" returning employees to work. Develop a relationship with employers to include at least 25 customer visits per week. Develop new business by making at least 50 new prospect contacts per week. Submit daily management reports as required including check reconciliation report, daily manager report., etc. Hire all staff following proper procedure and ensure that training and performance standards are met. Evaluate staff employees upon completion of the probationary period and on an annual basis. Maintain good customer service by ensuring a timely, accurate dispatch and coordination of transportation of temporary employees. Perform computer input, reporting, billing, and other administrative functions. Ensure completeness of all temporary employee's applications, I-9 and W-4 compliance. Oversee administration and enrollment of Federal, State or Local tax credit programs at the branch level. Assist in collection proceedings as requested by the corporate office.
