Charge RN - Hospital
Henderson Community Hospital, a thirteen bed, critical access hospital and part of the Henderson Health Care Services campus, is seeking a part time Charge RN for nights (7 pm to 7 am). Our mission is to provide professional, competent, ethical, and compassionate health care, in the name of Christ, to individuals, families and the surrounding communities.
The Charge Nurse is responsible for the supervision and direction of total nursing care delivered on their tour of duty on the assigned shift.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Current Nebraska licensed R.N. required. Bachelors degree (BSN) from a four-year college is desirable. Two years experience in specialty or acute area with supervisory experience is desirable, but will train the right candidate.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and TNCC certification required. Certifications and renewals must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe as determined by the manager/supervisor.
