Job duties The Sr. WebAnalyst position will develop the digital analytics strategy from scratch. Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity. Design, create, and modify web sites while owning the entire analytics workflow, from implementation of tags on-site, to QA, to analysis, to visualization and socialization. Develop standardized weekly and monthly dashboards using google data studio or tableau. Ensure that the customer experience across websites is maintained. Serve as a liaison between the business and technology to understand and build requirements and implementation plans meeting technology and analytics team needs. Work independently in support of many stakeholders. Through highly detailed site code inspection and tracking, determine that code is working correctly and capturing the desired metrics. Act as an internal consultant on google analytics capabilities and site tagging requirements. Lead integration of web analytics data into other data sources. Provide analysis and reporting of core website KPIS, effectiveness of new site feature launches, and testing and targeting efforts. Work closely with digital product team to propose and/or prioritize development and provide forecasting and post-analysis about the impact of changes made. Utilize data to constantly optimize customer experience and conversion. Support digital marketing stakeholder's use of salesforce or other CRM tool to manage targeting of customer campaigns. Advise the business on additional functionality or tools needed to best optimize the tagging and site functionality and performance as well as experimental design, attribution modeling, ad targeting, and email marketing. Constantly evaluate the ever-changing landscape of digital tools and partners to ensure that we remain technically advanced and innovative.
