Greenwich CT Family (Greenwich CT) seeks Personal Executive Assistant Manage and maintain the work schedule of an executive; Make business-related travel, accommodations, and entertainment arrangements; Handle property management including overseeing home renovation and construction projects; Create and daily up- keeping of different home calendars; Scheduling personal appointments such as medical, cars, personal, home, maintenance, etc.; Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with family and other household staff; Plan, manage and organize high-end events; Run errands, and meal coordination; Answer, direct, and place calls & emails; Sort and distribute correspondence. Requires 24 months of experience in an administration, executive assistant or service-oriented occupation.
