Masonry Maintenance Specialist

Greenwich Condominium Community Seeking a Maintenance Specialist with Masonry Experience Main responsibility: Masonry - working with brick, blue stone, and concrete. Other responsibilities: Asphalt repairs, carpentry, mechanical work, painting, and seasonal snow removal. Must have at least 3-4 years of relative experience. Driver's license required. Monday thru Friday - 7 am to 3 pm (overtime as required). Full-time, year-round. Desirable work environment, vacation pay, health and dental benefits offered.
