Dean of Students

Dean of Students (Westport, CT) for Greens Farms Academy, Inc. Responsible for monitoring all aspects of student life in the Upper School. Requires Bachelor's degree in Religious studies, History & Global studies, or related field of study, & 2 years of experience as History & Global Studies Teacher. Experience specified must include each of the following: 2 years of experience advising student clubs & student council including planning student trips & travel programs for groups of 10-90 students, 1-12 co- haperones, including Model United Nations & international trips; & 1 year of experience as a Grade Dean, Dean of Students, Associate Dean, or Director of Student Leadership monitoring & managing student academic progress, behavior, & social cohesion, facilitating the work of a team of grade-level advisors, planning & managing key events (e.g. orientation, prom, spirit week or other special events).
