Project Executive, Construction
Accountable for delivering the project in terms of scope, quality, schedule and budget. Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines. Clearly identify the project scope and requirements, obtain project approvals, define the overall intended procurement strategy, identify the project risks and develop a Risk Management Plan. Ensure that all applicable federal, state and local acts, regulations and policies applicable to the project are enforced particularly as they relate to building codes and standards, environmental issues, health and safety, workplace hazardous materials, information system, licensing, building permits etc. Prepare progress reports and certify the progress of the work. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports. Communicate with company hierarchy and clients/owners about project status. Consult and confer with company hierarchy, clients/owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve complaints, or construction problems. Manage project risks. Close out the project.
Must have BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 2 years experience as Project Executive, Construction.
