Crisis Response Specialist
Seeking qualified individuals to provide assessment and crisis intervention services on-site (DCR-I) and in the community (DCR II) to all ages. Provide mobile and walk-in crisis intervention and evaluation services for adults and families in emotional crisis as well as psychiatric emergencies. Conduct face-to-face functional assessments utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach when possible. Utilize the assessment to make treatment/case management decisions. Design and implement "viable less restrictive alternatives to hospitalization".
Requires: Must have a master's degree in the behavioral sciences and have or eligible for MHP. Actively pursue DCR designation.
Supervisor - Co-Deployed Team
Supervisor of the co-deployed teams is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the teams by monitoring the outcomes of each team to ensure performance outcomes are met. Participate in community meetings that pertain to reform of the criminal justice processes that impacts Trueblood class members. Maintain a collaborative working relationship with SPD, SCSO, and SFD to ensure co-deployed teams have the necessary resources for diversion and stabilization. Provide to access training to enhance the clinical skills of the team members.
Requires: Master's degree in the behavioral sciences. 3 years experience in clinical work and coordination of treatment services. Clinical Licensure preferred. Experience working as or with first responders preferred.
Client Account Billing Manager
The Billing Manager is responsible for the supervision of the Client Account Department and functional processing of billing, collections and encounter submission for behavioral healthcare and other related patient services. The position will efficiently and effectively provide management, oversight and assurance that billing, reporting and collections, meet all local, state, federal and funder requirements. In addition, the manager will provide monthly reports, analyze outcomes, identify trends, and ensure timely and proactive communication to the Controller. The Billing Manager provides oversight, training and supervision to all assigned staff.
Requires: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 3 years supervisory experience in billing medical or behavioral health with emphasis in Medicaid or Medicare; 3 years Electronic Health Records systems, submitting electronic claims and/or processing electronic remittances. Billing experience involving third party payers, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, CMS 1500, UB 04. Preferred advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand complex reimbursement structures and be able to apply contractual and governmental regulations to billing processes. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Act as the subject matter expert on the features and functionality of the timekeeping/payroll application. This includes, but is not limited to, familiarity with the most current and proposed implementation guides, user guides, and vendor published and online educational materials. Balance or reconcile staff timecard records; resolve and adjust discrepancies; analyze data to identify and locate sources of error. Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and assist with reconciling other general ledger accounts as needed. Participate in system upgrade projects and new software implementations.
Requires: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or associate with two years of experience in a payroll-related position or an associate degree and four years of experience in payroll related position. Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting preferred. Payroll certification (FPC or CPP) preferred but not required.
