Scientist For a contract research organization (Frontage Laboratories, Inc. – Exton, PA): design/develop method transfer, development, validations, quantitation, and structure elucidation; perform stabilization of label compounds and sample analysis for non-GLP and GLP regulated studies, Bioavailability (BA)/Bioequivalence (BE) studies, therapeutic drug monitoring studies, drug-drug interaction studies; microsampling (dried blood spot (DBS) and capillary microsampling tube (CMS); use analytical instruments, including Liquid Chromatography Tenderm Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR).

Requirements:

1. Ph.D. or foreign equivalent degree or ABD in Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field.
2. 1 year experience in job offered or 1 year research experience. This required experience must include 1 year experience in method development, validation, drug metabolite identification, compound/metabolites separation and purification, biohazard and radioactive materials handling,animal handling, surgery and dissection and oral gavage administration.  Experience can be gained while pursuing degree.
3. Proficiency in high field one and two dimensional NMR, LC-MS/MS Agilent HPLC system, Shimadzu HPLC, Applied Biosystems 4000 (or above), TOF mass spectrometer and Shimadzu GC-MS or related software.
