Scientist

Scientist for Frontage Laboratories, Inc. - Exton, PA, develop biomarker and bioanalytical method development, method transfer and validations; perform bioanalytical sample analysis using validated method; perform with analytical instruments including meso scale discovery immunoassay (MSD), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), single molecule array testing (SIMOA), ELLA automated immunoassay system, including Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) with ultraviolet (UV) detector; perform all duties based on SOPs and GLP environments; ensure agreed upon timelines; ensure all experimental operations, data analysis, documentation and instructions strictly follow the GLP specifications and provide equipment and technical training.

Requirements: MS or foreign equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical or related field; 3 years experience as Scientist or 3 years experience as Research Analyst. Required experience including experience in bioanalytical method development & validation, various sample extraction techniques including solid phase, liquid-liquid & protein precipitation extraction, LC-MS/MS, HPLC with UV detector; proficient in small molecule sample analysis, quantitation of oligonucleotides & metabolites.
