Daily duties to include: Organizing flow of paperwork, filing, data entry and direct communication with office & field personnel.
Efficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel, ten-key by touch, strong analytical/ number capabilities & problem solving. Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships. Housing Coordinator & Housekeepers will travel. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Must be able to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment.
