The Controller position, located at our Central Office in Jefferson City, is part of the Senior Leadership Team and leads the Financial Operations Team in the following areas: Financial Analysis and Reporting, Internal Controls, Annual Budget, Accounting Management, and Data Security and Confidentiality.
Specialized knowledge in accounting practices and methods, accounting software applications, and internal control practices is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field; and five or more years of progressively responsible financial management experience; and three or more years of supervisory experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Accountant (CFA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred.
