Balance Point Capital Advisors, LLC seeks Associate (Westport, CT; 4 day/week in office required). Perform analysis of investment opportunities & distill actionable data/insights into invest proposals. Prepare fin/accounting data, trends, forecasts, & information to develop investment theses. Must have a bachelor's or equivalent in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related business field & 4 years experience as a Financial Analyst or related role. Must have 4 years of experience with: managing diligence & underwriting process in execution of fin transactions; negotiating transaction documents, credit, leveraged fin & debt capital; creating & presenting detailed investment/evaluate materials to internal & external stakeholder, including core finance analysis, diligence on asset cash flows, valuations, & cap structures; analyzing & interpreting finance, accounting & economics data & presenting investments opportunities to management; develop detailed 3-statement finance & transactional models to support invented decisions; & analyzing FP&A functions, creating budgets & fin plans, & advising on growth strategies.
