Euclid Public Library has a full time opening for an enthusiastic, resourceful and detail-oriented person with a positive attitude! The successful Executive Secretary candidate must be able to provide professional-level administrative, operational and policy services to the Director. In addition, the candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, superior organizational skills, and strong technical skills.
Responsibilities: Maintain personnel records, provide assistance and support to the Director and Board of Trustees, prepare agendas, resolutions, and assemble Board packets, proofread and edit reports, prepare position vacancies, and provide new hire training sessions.
Qualifications: High school diploma and a minimum of one (1) year of executive assistant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
