Essential Requirements: (Education, Certification, Extended Experience and Technical Skills)

General:

No history of child abuse or negligence
Some college preferred
Previous experience working on a helpdesk and with software support
Exceptional collaboration, oral and written skills

Technical Skills:

Windows Desktop
Word Processing applications
SpreadSheet applications
Understanding the functionality of databases
Web browsers
Essential Responsibilities: (Job Tasks)

General Responsibilities:

Answers phones, greets students/employees and assists with communications to computer users as the first point of contact for building technology areas.
Coordinates and oversees the checking in/out of building technology.
Maintains inventory of the District's hardware and software for assigned building.
Completes assigned technical, data entry and record keeping tasks for the Technology Division and the assigned building technology area.
Monitors compliance with district technology policies and standards.
Other duties as assigned
