Medical Claims Administrator/Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Processing Medical, Dental, and Vision claims.
- Processing and analyzing HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) claims
- Answering the phones, helping members at the front counter and assisting staff in other projects as needed.
Knowledge, skills & abilities
- Medical claims processing background preferred.
- Excellent customer service and written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and coordination skills, ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
