History: East Penn Manufacturing began as a one-room battery shop started by the Breidegam Family in 1946 with the help of a G.I. grant. In the last seven decades our family owned company has grown into the world's largest most modern single-site battery manufacturing facility, supplying high quality automotive, specialized, and industrial batteries and accessories globally.
