Douglas County is seeking applicants for the position of County Assessor
Full Time Exempt Career Opportunity

ANNUAL SALARY of $77,521-$101,150.00
(Based upon experience)

A leadership role of responsibilities in administering the assessment (valuation and classification) of all properties in the county. Providing direct supervision and guidance to staff and local assessors.

Reports directly to the Douglas County Board of Commissioners.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT HIRE:
5 or more years of full-time work experience in an Assessors office with at least 2 years of employee supervisory experience. Accredited Minnesota Assessor (AMA) upon hire with Senior Accredited Minnesota Assessor (SAMA) license from MN State Board of Assessors within 24 months of appointment. Valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License.
