On-site Self Storage 2 person Management Team
Salary + Apartment provided
Immediate opening for a 2 person management resident team for self storage for our thriving self-storage facility in Union City, CA. Responsible in completing all normal tasks related with the daily office and facility procedures.
DUTIES includes but not limited to:
Storage and truck rentals
Posting of rent and sales
Unit/site inventory providing maintenance report
Prepare computer generated letters and notices
Uphold facility security and cleanliness
Hiring, training and firing of relief managers
Replenish office supplies as needed
Responsible for all daily and month end reports
Maintain appearance and upkeep of facility maintenance
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Pre-employment background check and drug testing
Must have a clean and valid Driver’s license
High school diploma/GED equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience in sales, customer service, leasing or rentals.
Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills
Must be profit driven
Computer literate and detail oriented
Able to work independently and well with others
1 Bedroom/1 Bath single level apartment with a deck. Utilities paid (water, electric and trash) as part of compensation package.
