Marketing Specialist

Dental Prosthetic Services is looking for an innovative marketing specialist who can play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and helping develop and execute effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our lab.
Dental Prosthetic Services is a family-owned, full-service dental laboratory with more than 45 years of history creating high quality dental restorations. We offer a competitive salary, benefits and on the job training. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend events. Job Duties Include:
- Manage and update the client database and mailing lists
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers through the new customer and prospect process
- Help plan and execute marketing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, education, email, direct mail, sales visits)
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, including case stuffers, postcards, sales sheets, brochures, etc.
- Coordinate scheduling and delivery of direct mail and email marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, habits and trends
- Maintain marketing collateral supplies inventory by anticipating needed supplies; printing collateral; or placing and expediting orders for collateral and supplies; and verifying receipt of collateral and supplies
- Fulfill requests for information and materials from customers
- Process CE certificates and maintain CE records
- Help coordinate logistics for continuing education courses, study clubs, trade shows and other events
- Take minutes at weekly marketing meeting and distribute weekly reports
- Compile and analyze quarterly and monthly sales reports
- Assists in analyzing other marketing and sales data
- Work closely with the production, sales and marketing, and customer care teams to grow business
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Required:

- Able to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficient in Access
- Database management and reporting experience

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic demonstrated through attendance, individual and team commitments
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communication required
- 1-3 years of marketing administration experience required
