customers to discuss custom desserts/pastries. Monitor stock and Order supplies. Make various pastries & Chocolaterie items/decorations. Prepare large quantities of various doughs. Requirements: Five years experience as Pastry Chef or related occupation. Culinary certificates in Pastry and Chocolate.
