Summer Temporary Admin Assistant
Position Overview
This is a summer seasonal, temporary position with no benefits starting the end of May 2020 to the end of August 2020. Applicants will work an average of 20 hours per week with additional hours required during the Routt County Fair. This person will provide support to the Routt County Extension Office with an emphasis on 4-H Youth Development. Help with planning and presentation of various events and activities (i.e. County Fair, 4-H Fun Day, Exhibit Day, etc.). A successful candidate will be knowledgeable about 4-H, be able to multi-task, have familiarity with the Routt County Fair, utilize social media and enjoy working with your and families. This position will include some nights and weekend responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or GED; some college experience is preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Key Duties
• Office communications, computer use, and the ability to coordinate and implement a variety of youth development events and county fair related activities.
• Proficiency using Excel, Access, Publisher, and Word software programs.
• Proficiency in Weebly and Wordpress website design programs, plus a willingness to learn additional software programs
