CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks Technical Team Leads to, under the supervision of a Senior Director, to translate business objectives into technical requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate schedules for the development team. Implement software development projects to specification within scheduled timelines and budget parameters. Utilize Agile methodology to continuously deliver features from each sprint to production. Work with product management, design, and other CoStar teams to define the scope of application features and functionality of projects. Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices to strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and development practices. Participate in sprints through writing code, testing, and reviewing project requests. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 2 years of experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation.

Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with gathering and analyzing technical requirements, using optimization tools, and software development lifecycle principles; 1 year of experience with developing acceptance test specifications, tracking defects, and advanced debugging; 1 year of experience with writing unit tests, as well as with manual and automated testing; and 1 year of experience with .NET, ASP.NET, C#, C++, code review, CSS, data modeling, design patterns, Fiddler, HTML, HTML, JSON, JavaScript, JQuery, MVC, Oracle, object-oriented programming, SDLC, SQL Server, TFS, T-SQL, VB.Net, and XML. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
