On-Call Kitchen Cleaner/Dining Service Aide
General food prep, set up, maintenance, and cleaning of all serving areas. Multiple positions are available.
Connecticut College’s busy Dining Service Department has multiple positions available working on call in our busy dining services department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: general food prep, set up, maintenance and cleaning of all serving areas: pantry, hot line, bakery, salad bars, deli, beverage, and dining room; checking student IDs; communicate menu offering to all customers; general kitchen cleaning; set up and operating dish machinery and pot machines; sweeping and mopping floors; garbage removal/disposal and other duties as necessary.
Must be able to read, write and follow directions in English, work independently, and as a part of a team and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
