POSITION: Office Manager
DUTIES: Under the direct supervision of owner; conduct administrative, logistical, clerical and correspondence functions for established Hookah Tobacco Manufacturing and Distribution Company. Assist owner in overseeing project budgeting, monthly financial reporting, employee hiring, incentive and insurance programs. Order supplies as assigned by owner. Sort, copy, organize, and mail marketing materials. Maintain organization of customer file system as directed by owner. Follow scheduling system for import/export and distribution of hookah tobacco products. Stay abreast on advances in distribution modes, customs regulations, equipment and technology, government regulations, health insurance changes, and financing options. Does not involve management of a budget or supervisory responsibilities.

Experience requirement: 24 months related experience
RATE OF PAY: $114,859/year, 40 hours/week.
