Customer Service Representative
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in business management or related field preferred. Two to three years of administrative and/or customer service experience preferred. General knowledge of office procedures needed. Use of personal computer applications including database, spreadsheet and word processing software needed. Knowledge of radio/ telephone procedures required. Main job function will be to assist customers. Must be able to post payments, type and complete other clerical assignments. Must be able to use radio to dispatch personnel. Individual must be able to work independently, without constant supervision. Should have considerable skill in effectively dealing with a variety of people under difficult circumstances. Must have ability to express oneself orally, and in writing, and to work with people. Requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain excellent customer service and to answer questions in a professional manner. Must have the physical ability to perform essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of job which include, but are not limited to, seeing, hearing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods of time. Occasionally lifts/carries 5 lb loads (less than 33% of the time). Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language. Normal office hours 8 am- 5 pm, Monday-Friday, will be required to work overtime as needed. Relocation may be necessary to meet on-call response criteria. Rate $19.95- $22.89/hour with excellent benefits package.
