Chief Operating Officer
Global Director of Creative & Content - (job location: Los Angeles, CA; employer: TBWA Worldwide Inc.) - Direct creative teams in the development of global content & entertainment brand strategies for clients. Ideate, develop, & produce marketing campaigns across local & worldwide markets. Manage a team of digital advertising professionals. Lead the development & implementation of the agency's global digital practices. Direct the development of the agency's content & entertainment offering, including identifying, developing, & selling potential entertainment IP. Work extensively with key clients to discuss their strategic marketing objectives, translate these goals into creative advertising ideas, & grow the client relationships w/ a focus on improving creative products. Develop & execute new business pitches.
Requires: Bachelor's degree in Marketing (will accept 2 years of experience in position offered or in a digital marketing director role in lieu of Bachelor's degree) plus an additional 2 years of experience in position offered or in a digital marketing director role. 2 years of required experience must have included managing an agency's creative departments & global digital practices, including content & entertainment practices; directing the development of digital products for advertising campaigns & marketing communications for global clients, including in China & in the U.S, both in local & worldwide markets; & managing a team of at least 10 digital advertising professionals.
