Executive Administrative Assistant to the Campus Vice President

Under the supervision of the Campus Vice President, the Executive Administrative Assistant directly supports the Campus Vice President by providing; oversight, communications, coordination, handling sensitive and confidential information. Duties are performed at a fully-operational level, using either established standard guidelines and/or procedural methods, or improvising solutions and alternatives.
Illustrations of the work include, but are not limited to, any of the following: oversee and ensure administrative operations function smoothly and effectively; independently investigate issues and problems, draft responses, identify, refers problems/issues to appropriate staff for action; provide follow-up; arrange, coordinate and maintain schedules and calendars, monitors and tracks deadlines; coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and projects, serve as the designated buyer for the division, and other duties as assigned.
Education and experience necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, such as a Bachelor’s Degree and three years related work experience, an Associates and five years, or High School/GED and seven years, or applicable combination of formal education and experience necessary for the position responsibilities.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) or conversational Spanish language skills are preferred.
