Under the general supervision of a designated campus administrator, the Campus Coordinator of Enrollment Services serves in a leadership role for enrollment and registration. This position is responsible for departmental coordination to ensure successful and accurate enrollment and registration for students which requires integration and coordination with academic and student services, financial aid, testing, scholarships and CEPA.
This position interacts with prospective students via school-based recruitment, middle & high school campus visits, campus Visit Days, web-inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls & individual appointments.
Responsible for coordinating all new student registrations and orientations. Provides key recruitment for campus signature programs including Vet Tech, Isaacson School (Digital Media, Graphic Design & Professional Photography), Nursing, Outdoor Education, Elementary Education, Associate degrees & Bachelor degrees.
This position will supervise the overall operations of the front office, creating a tone for the first impression of the college by engaging positive leadership. Coordinates staffing hours; approves leave requests; reviews and approves time sheets; evaluates staff performance; provides coaching and discipline to staff as required.
