General Cafeteria Manager
Supervise and manage the operations of the College cafeteria, including supervising food service functions to ensure food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment and that patrons receive quality service, and maintain internal control over cash and inventory.
The Cafeteria Manager must train, instruct, schedule and direct the performance of cafeteria workers; plan, order, and direct the preparation of food according to regulatory guidelines; receive and verify all deliveries; submit invoices for payment; provide food service for campus functions as requested; reconcile cash drawers and prepare documentation for daily deposits; oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and adjustment of cafeteria equipment; prepare daily and monthly sales reports; and analyze cafeteria profitability, recommending appropriate changes and improvements.
High School diploma or equivalent and management experience, required. Experience in foodservice preferred.
Salary: $2,472.00 per month.
