Assistant to the President and Board of Trustees 12 Months/Full Time Position. Responsible for performing administrative duties and .maintaining an efficient and productive environment for the Office of the President and the Board of Trustees. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service; record messages, receive visitors, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for the President and Board of Trustees; record and transcribe minutes of various meetings; coordinate travel itineraries, generate and process travel/leave forms; and coordinate events and/or functions. Employee must relate well to students, co-workers, and general public; provide clerical and technical support to the accounting office; maintain confidentiality and diplomacy; exercise discretion and independent judgment; and perform other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED required. Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, internet and email. The desired candidate will possess take-charge initiative in a fast-paced environment; strong oral and written communication skills; and excellent organizational skills. Salary based on education and experience
