Planner
Planner: Perform professional planning work in the implementation and enforcement of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Land Development Code, and related development rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances.
A Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university in Urban and/or Regional Planning, Public Administration, Architecture, Economics, Geography, Engineering, Transportation, Environmental Management or Studies, and/or closely related field.
Experience in zoning and planning is preferred, but not required. Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus.
Salary range is $42,791 to $75,505 annually, based on licensing, certification and/or experience.
