City of Mentor
The City of Mentor is seeking a full-time person to write, manage, and coordinate the city’s grant programs. Work requires significant research, excellent writing, and organizational skills. The preferred candidate can provide a demonstrable history of successfully securing both private and public sector grants. This position will also administer the city’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Prior experience with CDBG is valued. A bachelor’s degree from a college or university, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred along with five years of related experience, with a minimum of two years working with grant procurement. Must have a valid driver’s license. Salary range is $46,505-$72,604 (DOQ).
