Planning and Building Department

PAY: Depending on qualifications

The City of Lamar is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant in the Planning and Building Department. This position will perform a wide variety of complex and technical clerical support tasks in support of the City's Planning & Building Department.

Minimum Qualifications: Two years of post-secondary education and three (3) years' experience in the building and construction field or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the candidate can successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Possession of a valid Colorado driver's license is required. Must have above-average keyboarding and data-entry skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality that may be critical to the success of certain development projects.
