Part-time Customer Support 30 - 35 hours/week. $13.00 per hour.
The part time Customer Support Representative works under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor. This position assists customers with new service, account scheduling and reconciliation, work-paper preparation, cash and check receipting and proofing, customer billing, deposit verification, origination and preparation of customer and department correspondence, and other tasks related to the Department.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a face-to-face customer service environment with experience handling large sums of cash and checks. Requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in computer data input. Experience in customer service, billing, collection, complaint resolution and keyboard skills also required. This position requires the ability to be professional under stressful circumstances. Knowledge of accounting terminology, ability to perform mathematical computations with speed and accuracy, knowledge of spreadsheets and Word programs, as well as, banking experience and utility operations knowledge preferred. Ability to understand and communicate in Spanish preferred, but not required. A flexible schedule is require.
