Cinnaminson Sewerage Authority, Administrator Position

The Cinnaminson Sewerage Authority is seeking an administrator to manage the business side of the Authority's operations. The Administrator functions as the chief financial officer including but not limited to various accounting duties such as preparing the annual budget, maintaining the general ledger, payables, bank reconciliations, builder's trustee accounts, capital projects, inventory, preparing monthly financial reports, maintaining financial records for presentation to the auditors, and other duties as may be assigned by the Authority. The Administrator functions as the personnel officer which includes maintaining personnel records, processing payroll, tracking employee leave time, paying employee deductions, advertising vacancies, receiving employment applications, and explaining benefits to new hires. The administrator must be able to interact with the Authority's Board members and appointed professionals, assist the Board Secretary with preparation of the monthly Board meeting agenda, receive bids, attend monthly meetings, respond to public record requests, serve as a liaison to other township officials, and be responsible for efficient office operations. The duties call for you to be honest, dependable, organized, computer proficient, and self-motivated with significant experience in accounting /bookkeeping, management, and customer relations. College degree and authority experience is a plus.
