All nursing practice is based on the legal scope of practice, national and specialty nursing standards, CNMC Policies and Procedures, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Professional Model of Care requires registered professional nurses to be responsible and accountable for their own practice. CNMC supports the development of RN relationships within the community; specifically those relationships associated with the health and well being of the community at large. The Clinical Program Coordinator will be responsible to lead the activities of the patient care delivery team for a specific patient population. Will provide continuous accountability and assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care and ensure that continuity of care is maintained. Responsible for the management and overall direction of research projects, in close collaboration with clinical investigator. Will demonstrate expert clinical, organizational, and communication skills and function as a resource in regard to the clinical research and/or grants process.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Minimum Work Experience
5 years Nursing experience. Minimum of one year recent pediatric experience in a comparable setting. Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience. For example, as a charge nurse, educator, preceptor, council chair /member advancement on the clinical ladder or comparable positions. (Required)

- Plan by consulting and collaborating with patients, families physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other professional colleagues; provide careful and complete documentation of care provided.
- Develop pertinent goals based on patient response to illness, health promotion and program expected outcomes.

- Provide health education based on the patient /family learning preferences throughout a patient’s disease trajectory or health promotion.
